Walt is a professional field trainer with Government Benefit Educators and a retired GS-13 from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, bringing 31 years of federal service experience. As a longtime AF DoD civil servant, he has in-depth knowledge of federal employee benefits, including firsthand experience with the transition from CSRS to FERS and the Thrift Savings Plan since 1987. He spent much of his career teaching Information Technology nationwide for the Air Force, delivering over 3,400 hours of classroom instruction. In addition, he taught Computer Information Systems for 14 years as an adjunct professor at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. Walt uses his expertise to help federal employees understand and maximize their benefits for a secure retirement. He holds a B.S. in Management Science from Wright State University.
