Walt Ward
Walt joined Government Benefit Educators as a professional field trainer after retiring from Wright Patterson, AFB as a GS-13 with 31 years of Federal Service.
As career professional AF DoD civil servant, Walt is well versed on the Federal Benefits available to federal employees. He was onboard during the transition from CSRS to FERS as well as a lifetime TSP participant member since its inception in 1987.
Walt served as an AF DoD instructor teaching Information Technology courses nationwide. While in the position he delivered over 3400+ hours of live classroom instruction. Furthermore, he was a Computer Information Systems (CIS Dept.) Adjunct Professor/Instructor for 14 years at Sinclair Community College, Dayton, Ohio.
Walt brings a comprehensive understanding of how to maximize employee Government Benefits to enable the Government employee to achieve a comfortable retirement post-government service. Walt holds a B.S., Management Science degree from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio.
